The staff are good but 1 or 2 need to know how to deal with patient care. I think certain cultures need to be addressed. Food was good. More activities would help.

I think care has improved on Clover ward a lot however, the restrictions the consultants uses to control smoking provide a high level of stress; which I don't know if is a good thing or not as people get tested greatly in normal life. The food is good. The staff are friendly and warm. Smoking reintroduction would be a great help. More relaxation therapies/group are essential I would say. I agree with the ban on phones as you spread your crazy all over your social media circle (from personal experience). A patient handbook should be brought in as official document as staff make up rules on the fly and we are homeless.

The way the staff have treated me was very good. And doing Activities with Annette Whomack -Brown helps a lot. And Mr Samson was very helpful to talk to and Jill helped me in not smoking.
